Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the garments manufacturing industry.
Must have substantial hands-on experience in managing ERP-based payroll systems.
Practical experience in ERP payroll implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and report generation will be highly preferred.
Experience managing payroll for both Garments and Washing Plant operations is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, wage structure, overtime, attendance, and statutory benefits.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage and supervise the complete payroll process for garments and washing operations.
Operate and manage ERP-based payroll systems independently.
Ensure accurate monthly salary, wages, overtime, attendance, leave and other benefits calculations.
Ensure timely salary disbursement for all employees and workers.
Maintain payroll records, employee databases, and statutory registers.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules and applicable wage regulations.
Verify attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and shift-related payroll information.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Compliance and Production departments.
Handle salary adjustments, final settlements, bonuses, festival allowances and other payments.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, cost analysis and management reports.
Ensure payroll confidentiality, accuracy and internal control.
