Educational Qualifications and Experience:
B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution, in accordance with applicable BNMC requirements.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Staff Nurse, including at least 3 years of experience after graduation.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Nursing Supervisor in managing day-to-day nursing operations.
Support the supervision of nursing staff and the delivery of quality patient care.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, nursing protocols, and established procedures.
Assist in maintaining nursing records, reports, duty rosters, and shift-related documentation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective nursing services and smooth hospital operations.
