Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students to help them select the most suitable program based on their interests, goals, and academic background.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on leads.

Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and educational policies to provide accurate information and advice to students.

Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales and counseling skills.
