Having clear knowledge on IP Network, Security and Ubuntu System.
Having basic knowledge on Asterisk dialplan, E1, PRI,SS7,DTMF, Codec, SIP, RTP, FXO, FXS.
Willing to work on shifting duty and willing to work long hour in case of emergency.
Coordinate with other teams.

Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of CEP. Workstation, IP Telephone hardware, software and peripheral device, asterisk base system.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Bootstrap) will get extra privilege.
Monitoring IP Telephony system.
