Responsibilities & Context
BiMS currently maintains an all-male office environment, which may be particularly suitable for practising Muslim men.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling: Guide prospective students about Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes, admission requirements, fees and study options.
Admissions Management: Handle both on-campus and online admissions, including student enquiries, applications and enrolment.
Student Support: Assist existing students with academic information, learning platforms and general queries.
Social Media Management: Manage social media pages, respond to enquiries and support promotional activities.
Content Creation: Design social media posts and promotional materials using Canva.
AI Video Creation: Create promotional and educational videos using AI tools such as Pictory.
Learning Management System (LMS): Manage student enrolment, course access, learning materials and other LMS activities.
Online Examination Management: Administer AI-based online proctoring systems and support the smooth delivery of online examinations.
