Education
B.Sc. in Nursing from recognized institutions, in accordance with the applicable BNMC requirements with foreign training with 22 yrs service in which 5 yrs shall be as Deputy Nursing Superintendent.
Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC)

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate overall nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
Supervise, guide, and monitor nursing staff across all departments.
Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, protocols, and professional standards.
Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments to ensure effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, nursing standards, and patient safety requirements.
Organize training, evaluate performance, and support the professional development of nursing staff.
