Responsibilities & Context
Target Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Industrial Engineering to drive productivity improvement, operational efficiency, and manpower optimization across its manufacturing units. The position will be based at the Head Office and will work closely with factory management to establish IE standards, improve production performance, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
1. Industrial Engineering & Productivity Management
Lead IE functions across all manufacturing units to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, manpower planning, and SMV analysis.
Analyze production efficiency, capacity utilization, and manpower performance.
Identify bottlenecks, non-value-added activities, and operational inefficiencies.
Drive lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish productivity benchmarks for different styles, sections, and manufacturing units.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Merchandising, and factory management teams to implement productivity improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular factory visits to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide technical guidance to factory IE teams and ensure standardization of IE practices across the Group.
3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare productivity reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis.
Monitor factory-wise efficiency, output, SMV, and manpower utilization.
Present productivity improvement plans and performance insights to Top Management.
