Factory Manager (Printing based Textile Factory for local market)

• Closely monitor floor base worker's factions & taking corrective action plan if required

• Handle both internal and external issues and run the factory smoothly

• Monitor daily, monthly and yearly production

• Ensure 3M (Man, Machine & Material) and no disruption during production

• Address challenges which may hamper productivity and initiate to solve them

• Ensure production quality meets customer demand

• Reduce various quality issues such as cut-piece mistake and misprints during production

• Comminate with marketing team for daily delivery program and order updates

• Monitor stock of dyes & chemical consumption, stock utilization, safety stock and overall costing

• Monitor machinery parts or any maintenance requirements are reached to SCM and tracks delivery schedule

• Initiate proper monitoring of utilization of gas electricity in order to ensure utility bill is within budget

• Lead non-management recruitment & evaluation activities of factory

• Implement company’s existing policies and establish new ones when and wherever required

• Maintain close communication with the Top Management for solving various problem of the factory

• Build positive work-culture in order to enhance Interpersonal relationship among various departments in Factory Premises

• Monitor and ensure factory and production floor cleanness and hygiene on regular basis

• Enhance Security awareness by developing the security force to protect factory and closely monitoring their daily work & report to the respective authority

• Ensure handover-takeover activities are properly performed by ensuring timely delivery challan checking and gate pass & signing the same accurately
