We are hiring a Customer Care Representative (Work from Home). If you're from Chittagong and have basic IT knowledge along with a customer-friendly attitude — this opportunity is for you!
This is a flexible, remote role where you’ll assist customers, support basic IT tasks, and help with digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide basic IT and technical support.
- Help update and maintain website content (basic HTML/CSS or WordPress knowledge preferred).
- Support digital marketing efforts with simple graphics and videos.
Work Schedule
- Friday & Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Bangladesh time)
- Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 04:30 PM (Bangladesh time)
- Off Days: Sunday & Monday
Note: Work hours may vary by ±1 hour depending on daylight saving time.
Job Other Benifits: Salary: 21,000 to 22,000 BDT per month.
