Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally

  • Assist customers with order placement, order status updates, and delivery information

  • Handle customer complaints and provide support for returns/refunds

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM or company software

  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and reports

  • Provide correct information about products, offers, and campaigns

  • Communicate politely and calmly with difficult or dissatisfied customers

  • Share regular feedback with the team leader/supervisor

  • Work towards achieving sales targets or customer satisfaction goals

  • Make outbound calls when needed for order confirmation or follow-ups
