KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries received through the hotline, Facebook, and other communication channels
Record, verify, and maintain customer information and sales leads
Assign leads to Sales Executives/Team Leaders and monitor timely follow-up
Track pending, unattended, and unconverted prospects to ensure effective lead management
Coordinate with Sales Teams and Accounts regarding lead status, payments, and customer issues
Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports and performance summaries
