Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Fluency in both Bangla and English is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding property sales, rentals, pricing, locations, and available projects.

  • Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.

  • Schedule appointments and property visits for the Sales Team.

  • Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.

  • Explain project features, payment plans, and promotional offers to prospective clients.

  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

  • Prepare call reports and submit daily activity updates to the supervisor.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction.

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday & Saturday are regular working days
