Experience:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in both Bangla and English is preferred.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding property sales, rentals, pricing, locations, and available projects.
Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
Schedule appointments and property visits for the Sales Team.
Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.
Explain project features, payment plans, and promotional offers to prospective clients.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Prepare call reports and submit daily activity updates to the supervisor.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction.
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday & Saturday are regular working days
