Responsibilities & Context:

## About the Role

We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused, and professional *Customer Relationship Officers (CROs)* who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm while handling customer concerns and complaints.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Understand customers' concerns by gathering accurate information and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.

* Resolve customer queries and technical/service-related issues during the call whenever possible.

* If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, create a detailed support ticket and escalate it to the Web Team for further investigation and resolution.

* Respond to customer inquiries through social media channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) and other chat platforms.

* Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience.

* Follow up on customer issues until they are successfully resolved.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Ticketing systems.

* Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a polite, respectful, and solution-oriented approach at all times.

* Stay calm and composed while dealing with difficult customers or high-pressure situations.

## Requirements

* Minimum *1 year of experience* in *Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Complaint Management*.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in *Bangla*.

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with CRM or Ticket Management systems will be an added advantage.

* Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.

## Education

* *Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduate)* from a recognized university.

* *Candidates currently pursuing their Bachelor's degree* may also apply, provided they are available for full-time work.
