Contact customers to confirm orders and verify order details.
Provide accurate information about products, including features, usage, pricing, and availability.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Emasculate communication and follow-up regarding customer orders.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer and order-related issues.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and order confirmations.
