📢 WE’RE HIRING — CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES EXECUTIVE

Da Birulia is looking for a smart, confident and target-driven Customer Service & Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate sales leads and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.

📍 WORK LOCATION & SHIFT

• Office and Resort based

• Day and Night shifts available

• Work location and shift will be assigned according to the duty roster and business requirements

• Must be willing to coordinate across both Da Birulia’s Head Office and Resort

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp and email

• Generate individual and corporate sales leads

• Visit corporate offices, businesses, educational institutions and potential clients

• Conduct client meetings, field visits and sales presentations

• Promote resort accommodation, day-out packages, food packages, corporate programmes and events

• Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations and customised proposals

• Follow up regularly and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings

• Work toward assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organisers and business partners

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, visits, follow-ups, bookings and payments

• Coordinate with the Head Office and Resort teams regarding availability, bookings, events and guest requirements

• Encourage repeat bookings and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Prepare regular sales, inquiry, visit and conversion reports for Management

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum HSC qualification; a Bachelor’s degree will be preferred

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Relevant sales, customer service, hospitality or travel experience will be an advantage

• Must be smart, confident, proactive, responsible and result-oriented

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla

• Good presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with field visits, corporate meetings and sales targets

• Willing to work day or night shifts according to the duty roster

• Willing to work from both the Head Office and Resort as required

• Basic computer, social media, email and reporting skills
