Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 36 years
- Only Male
At least 3 years of injection molding experience, including experience supervising a production team.
Experience in eyewear manufacturing is preferred.
Practical knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, process settings, and defect troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Plan and manage daily production according to production schedules, material availability, and machine capacity.
2. Arrange manpower, assign tasks, and monitor operator performance and production progress.
3. Supervise mold installation, machine setup, parameter adjustment, and production changeovers.
4. Control molding parameters, including temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cooling time, to maintain consistent product quality.
5. Troubleshoot defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, bubbles, warpage, and color variation.
6. Ensure correct material selection, drying, mixing, and handling according to approved specifications.
7. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to approve first samples before mass production and after significant process changes.
8. Monitor output, rejection rates, material consumption, and downtime; implement improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
9. Coordinate with Maintenance on machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and mold servicing.
10. Train operators on work instructions, quality requirements, safe operation, and proper product handling.
11. Maintain accurate production records, process settings, material usage, and shift handover reports.
12. Enforce workplace safety, machine guarding, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
