• Doctor of Medicine (MD)

• BMDC Register Certified

• Knowledge of clinical care, emergency support, and minor surgical procedures is preferred.
• Good communication skills are essential.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and responsible.

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to factory employees as required.

• Assign duties to medical staff and coordinate daily medical activities.

• Maintain proper storage of medical supplies and monitor medicine inventory, submitting requisitions to the Admin Officer as needed.

• Regularly inspect floor-level first aid boxes and workers’ areas to ensure workplace health and safety.

• Conduct weekly/monthly awareness training on maternity, motherhood, menstrual hygiene, HIV/AIDS, viral diseases, vaccination, and hand hygiene.
