About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead buyer sourcing initiatives and expand our business portfolio. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new buyers into our business network. To recognize and encourage success, additional rewards will be offered for each buyer inclusion.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or buyer sourcing.

• Strong understanding of buyer relations, negotiation, and international sourcing practices.

• Excellent communication skills with very fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.

• Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic buyer acquisition.

• High level of professionalism, accountability, and leadership.

• Candidates with poor communication skills or limited buyer connections should not apply.
