We are looking for a motivated Assistant Garment Technologist to join our Dhaka team. The ideal candidate will support senior technologists in ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in garment production. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning & coordination, ensuring timelines are met.

• Support costing and material sourcing under guidance of senior staff.

• Maintain documentation and reporting for production activities.

• Help resolve technical queries and production issues.

• Contribute to sampling and prototyping, coordinating with suppliers.

• Stay updated on industry trends and assist in research initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in garment technology or related field.

• Diploma/Certification in Textile Technology/Manufacturing preferred.

• Basic knowledge of garment fitting, pattern construction, and production processes.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
