• Contact customers to confirm orders and verify order details.

• Provide accurate information about products, including features, usage, pricing, and availability.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ensure accurate communication and follow-up regarding customer orders.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer and order-related issues.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and order confirmations.
