Experience:
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Must have excellent pronunciation, clear voice, and professional phone manners.
Must be confident in handling international phone calls.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Drive and Google Sheets.
Must be comfortable working full night shift from office.
Must be willing to follow the US holiday calendar.
Basic knowledge of US medical billing, insurance terminology, or revenue cycle process will be preferred.
Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work under supervision.
We are looking for fluent English-speaking Patient Advocates / Patient Billing Support Executives to join our Revenue Cycle Support team. The selected candidates will communicate with patients in the USA regarding medical bills, account-related questions, payment information, and financial guidance.
This is a fully night shift, office-based position. Candidates must be comfortable working according to US business hours and handling sensitive patient financial conversations with professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Monday to Friday
This position will follow the US holiday calendar only.
Bangladesh local government holidays will not be applicable for this role.
Call patients in the USA regarding medical bills, account balances, payment options, and financial guidance.
Answer patient questions related to billing, accounts, and payment processes in a professional manner.
Handle sensitive financial conversations with patience, empathy, and confidentiality.
Maintain clear and professional communication over the phone.
Update patient/account information accurately in the required system or spreadsheet.
Work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other office tools as needed.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and client instructions while communicating with patients.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or team when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of calls, notes, and follow-up actions.
Meet daily and weekly performance expectations.
Dinner will be provided by the office.
