Responsibilities & Context:
Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to customers.
Listen to client problems and give clear, helpful answers. Computer database.
Write down all customer conversations and details. Help clients using chat, email, or social media messages.
Mohakhali, Badda, Gulshan, Niketan, Farmgate, Rajabazar, Nakalpara, Bangla-Motors, Tejgaon areas will get preference.
