* Communicate with customers professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
* Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly
* Convert potential leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up
* Maintain and update CRM records and customer information
* Track customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups
* Provide quick, friendly, and professional customer support
* Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve customer issues
* Ensure an excellent overall customer experience
