Main Job:
Talk to students and parents, explain our courses, follow up with interested people, and help them complete admission.
Main Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, Messenger and WhatsApp messages
Talk to walk-in students and parents
Explain course fees, duration, class schedule and facilities
Suggest the right course or batch
Follow up with interested students
Confirm admissions
Keep student/lead information updated
Help existing students with basic information
Maintain daily admission and inquiry reports
