Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel prospective students and parents about English Garage courses and programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups with potential leads
Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course benefits and guiding students
Maintain proper communication and build strong relationships with students
Assist students in choosing the right course based on their needs
Manage the admission process and maintain student records
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets
Coordinate with the academic team for the smooth onboarding of students
Respond to queries through phone, social media, and in-person visits
Participate in promotional activities, demo classes, and events
