Job Context:
Child Care High School-এ জরুরি ভিত্তিতে নিম্নোক্ত পদে ২ জন মহিলা শিক্ষক নিয়োগ করা হবে।
১. সহকারী শিক্ষক- ইংরেজি
২. সহকারী শিক্ষক-যেকোনো বিষয় (মহিলা)
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
নির্ধারিত শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত ও মানসম্মত পাঠদান করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সিলেবাস ও একাডেমিক পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী ক্লাস পরিচালনা করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের পড়াশোনার অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ ও প্রয়োজনীয় সহযোগিতা প্রদান করা।
ক্লাস টেস্ট, পরীক্ষা ও অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট গ্রহণ এবং খাতা মূল্যায়ন করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের শৃঙ্খলা, নৈতিকতা ও সুন্দর আচরণ নিশ্চিত করতে ভূমিকা রাখা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের দুর্বলতা চিহ্নিত করে প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা দেওয়া।
স্কুলের বিভিন্ন সহশিক্ষা কার্যক্রম ও অনুষ্ঠানে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করা।
কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য একাডেমিক দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
