• Experience in teaching with a focus on play-based and activity-based learning methods

• Classroom management skills to create a safe, engaging, and disciplined environment

• Ability to design lesson plans and develop age-appropriate learning materials

• Creativity, patience, and a child-centered approach to teaching

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage classes for students from Play Group to Standard V, ensuring an engaging and child-friendly learning environment.

• Oversee daily class activities, assessments, examinations, and the evaluation of students’ work in alignment with school policies.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.

• Prepare and implement structured lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young learners.

• Develop creative, play-based learning content and activities to enhance student participation and curiosity.

• Contribute to curriculum planning and improvement, ensuring alignment with educational standards and school objectives.

• Communicate effectively in English, creating a supportive and interactive classroom atmosphere.
