Insight Academy, an Islamic Cambridge School, is looking for an enthusiastic, competent, and dedicated Male Cambridge Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a sound academic background, a positive Islamic mindset, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective Cambridge curriculum-based lessons.

Candidates with O-Level/A-Level qualifications and prior Cambridge teaching experience will receive preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the Cambridge curriculum and school academic guidelines.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, class activities, assignments, and assessments.

• Conduct classes effectively and maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment.

• Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve their performance.

• Use appropriate teaching methodologies to ensure students understand and actively participate in lessons.

• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, academic performance, assignments, and assessments.

• Provide additional academic support to students who require assistance.

• Communicate professionally with students, colleagues, and parents regarding students' academic progress and development.

• Participate in examinations, academic activities, meetings, workshops, training sessions, and school events.

• Maintain professional teaching standards and continuously improve teaching practices.

• Integrate appropriate Islamic values and ethical principles into classroom teaching and student development.

• Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school authority.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Must be confident and capable of conducting a demo class.

• Strong classroom management and presentation skills.

• Positive and sound Islamic mindset.

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude.

• Passion for teaching and working with students.

Preferred: O-Level/A-Level certification and previous experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum.
