Responsibilities & Context:

Destinations: Study / Visit / Immigrant visa

• Counsel students and guardians over the phone and in person regarding visa preparation and visa documents preparaton for New Zealand, the UK, Australia, Canada, Europe etc countries.

• Assess students/ sponsor’s financial capacity, assets and tax documents and design financial documentation plan for higher studies/ visit purpose.

• Need to have proper knowledge over embassy documents requirements.

• Contact prospective students and follow up with leads regularly to provide proper guidance and improve enrolment conversion.

• Create and manage client profiles, maintain visitor and lead databases, and keep all follow-up records updated.

• Build strong professional relationships with students and guardians through telephone, online and face-to-face communication.

• Organize and host seminars, counselling sessions and information events to promote study-abroad services.

• Assist students in preparing required documents, completing application forms and maintaining organized physical and digital records.

• Receive and respond to emails and coordinate with students, guardians and relevant internal departments.

• Support marketing and promotional activities through social media, online campaigns, seminars and newspaper advertisements.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of clients’ personal, academic and financial information.
