• Minimum: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Information Technology (IT), or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• Candidates with Master’s degree and relevant teaching experience will be preferred.

• Strong academic background will be an added advantage.

• Excellent command of English and Bangla.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of ICT concepts, computer applications, and educational technology.

• Ability to use MS Office, Google Workspace, digital teaching tools, and multimedia presentations.

• Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.

• Must be sincere, responsible, punctual, and committed to teaching.

• Conduct engaging and effective ICT classes for college-level students.

• Prepare lesson plans, digital content, presentations, and other teaching materials.

• Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.

• Evaluate students through class tests, assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.

• Provide academic guidance and support to students when required.

• Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports within deadlines.

• Use modern teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance learning.

• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, examinations, and other institutional programs.

• Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the authority.
