• Strong classroom management skills.

• Ability to create engaging learning materials and practice resources.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.

• Student-focused and result-oriented teaching approach.

• Conduct engaging and effective classes for IELTS and PTE Academic candidates.

• Teach all four language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

• Prepare students for IELTS Academic and General Training examinations where required.

• Provide specialized training for all PTE sections, including Speaking & Writing, Reading, and Listening.

• Develop lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, practice sessions, and assessment strategies.

• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Conduct regular mock tests and track students’ progress.

• Provide individual guidance and support to students based on their strengths and weaknesses.

• Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE examination formats, scoring systems, and teaching methodologies.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating classroom environment.

• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course materials and student outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum IELTS Overall Band Score: 8.0.

• Minimum PTE Academic Score: 75.

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in IELTS and/or PTE preparation.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE examination formats, question types, and scoring criteria.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and guide students from different academic backgrounds.

• Experience in conducting mock tests and evaluating Writing and Speaking performance will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, IELTS/PTE scores, and teaching ability.

Alternative Payment Option: Commission-based or revenue-sharing compensation may also be offered based on the number of students, classes conducted, or agreed performance criteria.

The final compensation structure will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the interview.
