Viva Voce:-Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the viva voce and demonstration class. The date and venue of the test will be communicated later. No TA/DA will be provided.

• Assist the Head Teacher in curriculum planning and implementation for Play to Class X (Bengali medium).

• Supervise and evaluate the daily performance of Assistant Teachers (classroom management, lesson delivery, student engagement).

• Prepare the routine (class schedule) and monitor its proper execution.

• Organize and oversee internal examinations, including question paper setting, scheduling invigilation, and publishing results.

• Conduct regular classroom observations/spot visits to ensure teaching quality.

• Handle student admission, transfer, and withdrawal processes.

• Manage Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTAs) and address parental grievances.

• Maintain the Service Book and attendance register for all staff members.

• Act as the Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Head Teacher (signing official documents, handling emergency decisions).

• Ensure the proper maintenance of school records, registers, and the filing system.
