Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium school is mandatory.

• Candidates must have practical experience teaching students in an English Medium school.

• Candidates with experience in a reputed English Version school may also be considered for relevant positions.

• Prior experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, teaching materials, and other academic resources.

• Conduct class tests, assessments, examinations, and evaluate students’ academic progress.

• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a disciplined, respectful, and positive learning environment.

• Monitor students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback and necessary academic support.

• Identify individual learning needs and apply appropriate teaching strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and students’ progress.

• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding students’ academic development when required.

• Participate in teachers’ meetings, training sessions, workshops, school events, and co-curricular activities.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and academic coordinators to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

• Follow the school’s academic policies, rules, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching quality and overall academic performance.

• Perform any other academic duties assigned by the school authority.
