Master's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university with a consistently good academic record.
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience at the Secondary and Higher Secondary levels.
B.Ed./M.Ed. qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
Subject: Bangla, English, ICT, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Higher Mathematics, Accounting.
Version: Bangla.
Conduct classes for Grade 9 to 12 in accordance with the institution's academic curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective classroom instruction.
Develop question papers, worksheets, assignments, and examination materials.
Assess students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in academic meetings, teacher training, examinations, co-curricular activities, and other institutional programs.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic authorities.
Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the management.
