শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও কারিগরি দক্ষতা

* সংশ্লিষ্ট পাইপ ফ্যাব্রিকেশন ট্রেডে প্রাসঙ্গিক কারিগরি যোগ্যতা, সার্টিফিকেশন অথবা সমমানের বাস্তব ও হাতে-কলমে কাজের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

* পাইপ ফ্যাব্রিকেশন, পাইপ ফিটিং এবং পাইপ স্থাপনের কাজে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

* বিভিন্ন ধরনের পাইপ, ফিটিংস, ফ্ল্যাঞ্জ, ভালভ এবং অন্যান্য পাইপিং উপকরণ সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

* আইসোমেট্রিক ড্রয়িং, পাইপিং ড্রয়িং এবং স্পুল ড্রয়িং পড়তে ও বুঝতে পারার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

* পাইপ কাটিং, বেভেলিং, ফিট-আপ, অ্যালাইনমেন্ট এবং পাইপ অ্যাসেম্বলির কাজে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

* বিভিন্ন ধরনের মাপজোকের যন্ত্র ও পাইপ ফ্যাব্রিকেশন সরঞ্জাম সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে।

* পাইপিং সিস্টেমের ত্রুটি শনাক্তকরণ এবং সমস্যা সমাধান সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

* কর্মক্ষেত্রের নিরাপত্তা বিধি এবং ব্যক্তিগত সুরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহারের বিষয়ে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

অভিজ্ঞতা

* পাইপ ফ্যাব্রিকেশন, পাইপ ফিটিং বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে শক্তিশালী বাস্তব ও হাতে-কলমে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

* জিসিসি (GCC) দেশসমূহ বা বিদেশি প্রকল্পে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অত্যন্ত অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

* স্থানীয় প্রার্থীদের স্বনামধন্য বা প্রতিষ্ঠিত শিল্প, নির্মাণ, তেল ও গ্যাস অথবা অন্যান্য বড় প্রকল্পে প্রমাণযোগ্য বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

* পূর্বে কারিগরি প্রশিক্ষক, প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান, কোচিং বা তত্ত্বাবধায়ক হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যক্তিগত দক্ষতা ও গুণাবলি

* প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান ও ব্যবহারিক কাজ প্রদর্শনের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

* ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

* কর্মক্ষেত্রে শৃঙ্খলা, সময়ানুবর্তিতা এবং পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখতে হবে।

* জরুরি পরিস্থিতি বা কার্যক্রমের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে অতিরিক্ত সময় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

* দায়িত্বশীল, নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং জরুরি কার্যক্রমের প্রয়োজনের সময় দ্রুত সাড়া দেওয়ার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

• Conduct hands-on practical training on pipe fabrication and pipe fitting as per local and international industry standards.

• Deliver theoretical and practical lessons on pipe cutting, threading, bending, alignment, joint preparation, and installation techniques.

• Train students on different types of piping systems including carbon steel, stainless steel, GI, PVC, and industrial pipelines.

• Demonstrate and supervise fabrication works such as measuring, marking, tack welding, fitting, and final assembly of pipes.

• Provide training on reading and interpreting isometric drawings, P&ID drawings, and basic shop drawings.

• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment such as pipe cutting machines, bending machines, grinders, measuring instruments, and hand tools.

• Teach workplace safety procedures, PPE usage, and compliance with industrial safety standards.

• Monitor trainee performance, guide skill improvement, and conduct regular practical assessments and evaluations.

• Maintain discipline, training quality, and workshop cleanliness in accordance with institute guidelines.

• Prepare daily training plans, lesson notes, and progress reports as required by the training center management.

• Assist in preparing trainees for local and overseas employment by sharing industry practices and job readiness guidance.

• Coordinate with the training center management to improve curriculum and training methods based on industry demand.
