Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month

About the Role

Believers’ English Academy is looking for a dedicated, fluent and experienced Spoken English Teacher who can work with students throughout the day and take full responsibility for delivering our structured Spoken English program.

This is a full-time position only. Candidates looking specifically for a part-time teaching opportunity are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct a minimum of 5 maximum 6 classes per day; additional classes may be required based on the academic schedule.

* Each class will generally be approximately 1.5 hours.

* Follow the Academy’s prescribed Spoken English module, lesson plan and teaching methodology.

* Take responsibility for completing assigned classes and ensuring proper course progress.

* Develop students’ English speaking, communication, fluency and practical language skills.

* Monitor students’ performance and provide necessary guidance and feedback.

* Maintain a professional, disciplined and supportive learning environment.

* Provide additional academic support to students when required.

* Complete approximately 8 hours of work per day, within a 9-hour duty schedule including a 1-hour break.

* Work collaboratively with the academic team and follow institutional policies and standards.

Educational Qualification

* Minimum Bachelor’s/Graduation degree from a recognized university.

* Strong command of spoken English is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
