Experience & Skills

About the Role

Believers’ English Academy is looking for a dedicated, experienced and highly motivated IELTS Instructor to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective IELTS preparation classes and helping students achieve their desired band scores.

This is a full-time position for someone who is genuinely committed to teaching and professional development. Candidates seeking only a part-time opportunity are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular IELTS preparation classes according to the Academy’s academic schedule.

* Teach IELTS Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking modules.

* Follow the Academy’s prescribed IELTS curriculum, lesson plans and teaching methodology.

* Prepare students for IELTS examinations through structured lessons, practice sessions and mock tests.

* Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

* Identify students’ weaknesses and provide appropriate academic guidance.

* Help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation and overall communication skills.

* Assess IELTS Writing and Speaking tasks according to appropriate IELTS standards.

* Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and performance.

* Create a professional, disciplined and supportive classroom environment.

* Complete assigned academic responsibilities and cooperate with the academic team.

* Provide additional student support when required.

Educational Qualification

* Minimum Bachelor’s/Graduation degree from a recognized university.

* A minimum IELTS overall band score of 7.0 is mandatory.

* Candidates must be able to provide valid proof of their IELTS score when required.

Experience & Skills

* Previous experience as an IELTS Instructor, IELTS Trainer or English Language Trainer is required.

* Strong knowledge of all four IELTS modules.

* Excellent spoken and written English skills.

* Ability to evaluate IELTS Writing and Speaking performances effectively.

* Strong classroom management and presentation skills.

* Ability to conduct engaging, interactive and result-oriented classes.

* Good understanding of IELTS examination techniques and assessment criteria.

* Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to follow a structured curriculum and complete assigned academic responsibilities.

* High level of dedication, discipline, punctuality and professionalism.

* Genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their target IELTS scores.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience and performance.
