Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context & Responsibilities:
1. Handle inquiries and provide professional counseling to prospective students.
2. Manage phone calls, reply to messages, and handle social media communications.
3. Facilitate student enrollments and maintain accurate data entries.
4. Conduct desk-based sales & marketing to achieve monthly targets.
5. Assist in organizing promotional events and seminars.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain office discipline.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Office Operations: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Roster-based duty).
Shift Duration: Full-time (8 hours)
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Salary: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 (Fixed & Negotiable).
Other Benefits: Yearly salary review, 2 Festival Bonuses, and Overtime opportunities.
