Academic Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline

- O Level and A Level background preferred

- Trainer-level knowledge of phonics

- Strong background in foundation-level Bangla

- Certification in child psychology and educational leadership

Experience Requirements:

- 5 to 10 years of teaching experience in an English medium school

- 2 to 3 years of administrative/leadership experience in an English medium school
