Responsibilities & Context:
Minimum Class 18 (Eighteen) per week.
Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical and clinical teaching in Ophthalmology as per the approved curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations and assessment tools.
Supervise students during clinical/practical sessions and ensure proper learning outcomes.
Conduct examinations, class tests, assignments and evaluate students' academic performance.
Provide academic guidance, counseling and mentoring to students.
Maintain students' attendance, academic records and examination-related documents.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, seminars, workshops and other institutional programs.
Support curriculum development, quality assurance and academic accreditation activities.
Maintain professional standards, discipline and ethical practices within the academic environment.
Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the department/institution.
