We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Strategist who can take full ownership of social media strategy, campaign direction, content planning, team coordination, content review, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
This is not just an execution-based role. The selected candidate must be able to set strategy, manage the process, define team roles, review content quality, analyze performance, and continuously adjust the approach to help social media channels grow across both local and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing social media campaigns for brands, businesses, healthcare, nonprofit, service-based companies, especially for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead complete social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
Create platform-specific strategies for both organic and paid social media campaigns.
Develop content direction, campaign themes, monthly calendars, engagement ideas, and promotional strategies.
Define clear roles and responsibilities for designers, video editors, content writers, ad managers, and social media executives.
Review content before publishing, including captions, creatives, videos, hooks, CTAs, and brand messaging.
Guide the creative and marketing team to ensure all content supports campaign goals and brand direction.
Monitor social media performance regularly, including reach, engagement, audience response, lead generation, conversion, and ad results.
Continuously review and adjust strategies based on performance data, audience behavior, and market trends.
Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve brand positioning, engagement, and content performance.
Develop strategies suitable for both local and international markets.
Manage and improve paid social media campaigns in coordination with the ads team.
Communicate with management and international clients regarding strategy, campaign direction, reporting, and recommendations.
Ensure strong brand consistency, professional communication, and high-quality output across all platforms.
Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar senior-level role.
Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, paid campaigns, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Must be an expert in both local and international market strategies.
Excellent understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X marketing.
Strong ability to lead a team and manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
Excellent content review skills, including copy, design direction, video concepts, hooks, and call-to-action messaging.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and make strategic decisions.
