We Are Hiring – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Gender: Female

Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound phone calls and follow up with potential customers.

• Communicate with prospects professionally and convert leads into registrations/sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.

• Perform product uploading, updating and basic product management tasks.

• Handle multiple responsibilities and support various office activities when required.

• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, campaigns and other programmes.

• Be confident and capable of delivering presentations in front of an audience when required.

• Participate in company content creation and be comfortable working in front of the camera.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing or Business Development.

• Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.

• Must be smart, confident, well-presented and always professional in appearance.

• Comfortable and confident appearing and speaking in front of the camera for company content.

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.

• Target-oriented, proactive and hardworking.

• Basic computer, internet and product management skills.
