Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily Sales and logistics activities.
• Lead the Sales and Business Development.
• Maintain strong relationship with Clients and business partners.
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Prepare and implement operational plans.
• Report directly to senior management, when required.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong experience in Freight Forwarding, Sales Logistics / Shipping / Supply Chain / Operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Professional attitude with strong management skills
