Responsibilities & Context:
নির্ধারিত জোনের মাসিক/ত্রৈমাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পরিকল্পনা, তদারকি ও অর্জন করা
ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর, ডিলার ও খুচরা বিক্রেতাদের সাথে সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা ও পরিচালনা করা
তার নির্দিষ্ট এরিয়ায় স্টক, অর্ডার প্রবাহ এবং ক্রেডিট/কালেকশন কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা
জোনের অধীনে টেরিটরি/এরিয়া সেলস অফিসারদের নিয়োগ, প্রশিক্ষণ ও তত্ত্বাবধান করা
ব্যবস্থাপনার কাছে নিয়মিত বিক্রয়, বাজার ও প্রতিযোগী বিশ্লেষণ প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া
নতুন বাজার সম্ভাবনা চিহ্নিত করা এবং বিতরণ নেটওয়ার্ক সম্প্রসারণ করা
খুচরা পর্যায়ে সময়মতো পণ্য সরবরাহ, মার্চেন্ডাইজিং ও প্রমোশনাল কার্যক্রম নিশ্চিত করা
সরবরাহ চেইন কার্যক্রম মসৃণ রাখতে হেড অফিসের (উৎপাদন, অর্থ ও লজিস্টিক) সাথে সমন্বয় করা
