The company operates a modern manufacturing facility in Gazipur and emphasizes high quality and herbal formulations backed by laboratory testing.

Job Context: As an Area Sales Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing Lata Herbal’s sales operations across one or more geographic regions in Bangladesh (e.g., Your home district or known sales territory). This role situates you between field sales teams, distribution partners, and the company’s central sales and marketing unit. You’ll play a pivotal part in expanding market reach, increasing distribution, and sustaining product visibility in local retail outlets and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Based on standard ASM roles in similar FMCG and consumer goods contexts in Bangladesh—and adapted to Lata Herbal’s profile :

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

  • Develop annual and quarterly sales targets for your territory based on company goals.
  • Work with sales reps and distributors to implement strategies and drive performance.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Oversee performance of sales personnel (e.g. sales promoters or territory in‑charge staff).
  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, brand positioning, herbs‑based benefits, and overcoming objections.

Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets, pharmacies, beauty parlors, and distribution partners.
  • Deepen penetration in existing areas by optimizing order frequency and SKU mix.

Coordination with Marketing & Promotions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns (e.g. in-store demos, discounts, sampling).
  • Ensure point‑of‑sale materials are placed appropriately.

Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor moves (e.g. Keya, Omorfee, local fairness cream brands) and price changes in your territory.
  • Suggest tactical adjustments in product mix or pricing.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Track sales performance trends, returns, stock rotation; propose corrective actions where targets lag.
  • Submit routine reports (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly) to sales leadership.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account holders.
  • Collect feedback on product quality, customer complaints, and suggestions back to R&D/production teams.



Job Other Benifits:
