·         Contact potential customers over phone to explain about the product.

·         Answer questions about our products or the company.

·         Enter and update customer information in the database.

·         Listen & identify to customers' objections and handle them effectively.

·         Regularly conduct raw data call and generate prospective leads.

·         Make schedule for outdoor meeting & project visit.

·         Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

·         Provide correct, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

·         Assist the Business Development Head in generating new business ideas.

·         Overseeing the customer service process.

·         Any other responsibilities as assigned by Department.
