Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen the brand positioning of ACI Semiconductor across training, talent solutions, and semiconductor design services.

• Generate, nurture, and convert leads through student counselling, digital campaigns, events, and relationship management to achieve enrollment and business growth targets.

• Build and manage relationships with universities, corporate clients, semiconductor companies, recruitment partners, industry associations, government agencies, and ecosystem stakeholders to expand strategic partnerships and business opportunities.

• Position ACI Semiconductor as a preferred semiconductor talent partner for local and international employers by supporting employer engagement, career fairs, talent showcase programs, and placement initiatives.

• Support business development activities for semiconductor design services by identifying prospective clients, coordinating capability presentations, preparing proposals, and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline.

• Plan and execute seminars, workshops, hackathons, webinars, campus activation programs, industry events, and other promotional initiatives to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.

• Recruit, engage, and manage campus brand ambassadors and technology communities to strengthen outreach, advocacy, and market presence.

• Coordinate with the central marketing team and external agencies to develop marketing collateral, digital content, thought leadership materials, and communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Maintain CRM databases, marketing analytics, lead management systems, and business development reports while tracking campaign effectiveness and recommending continuous improvements.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic objectives.
