• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• SEO & Social Media Marketing.

• Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization.

• Google Analytics / Looker Studio.

• Content Marketing and Digital Campaign Planning.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.

🔹 Social Media Management

Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

🔹 Paid Advertising Campaigns

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.

🔹 Lead Generation

Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and monitor campaign performance.

🔹 Marketing Data & ROI Analysis

Analyze marketing data, audience behavior, and campaign ROI.

🔹 Content & Campaign Strategy

Develop content and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.

🔹 Team Coordination

Coordinate with the Creative, Sales, and Business Development teams.

🔹 Competitor & Market Analysis

Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

🔹 Performance Reporting

Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
