• Age At least 25 years

• Previous experience in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage

• Experience in Security, Cleaning, Facility Management, or related services will be preferred

• Basic knowledge of SEO & Digital Marketing is required

• Basic understanding of Facebook Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Lead Generation

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Good client handling and presentation skills

• Must be target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients

• Willingness to conduct field visits when required

• Identify and develop new corporate clients and business leads

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for Security Guard & Cleaning Services

• Communicate with potential clients and arrange business meetings

• Prepare and follow up on service proposals and quotations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

• Support business promotion through digital platforms

• Generate leads through online and social media channels

• Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports
