Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fostering a professional working environment
∎ Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security, and external contractors
∎ Distributing assigned tasks of the department to the mates and monitoring the task accordingly
∎ Performing business development activities to enhance company branding among
∎ target market
∎ Leading the sales & marketing team to attain the business target
∎ Overseeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, technology, and so on
∎ Attending meetings with clients for any kind of issue
∎ Visit Projects/clients/businesses when required
∎ Performing market research on a regular basis to ensure an advantage over competitors
∎ Advising businesses on measures to improve the energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
∎ Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
∎ Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
∎ Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
∎ Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
∎ Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.
∎ Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs, renovations, or refurbishments.
∎ Managing budgets and keeping financial and non-financial records.
∎ Perform analysis and forecasting.
∎ Preparing and vetting all kinds of costing and presentation of Maintenance & Facilities Services.
∎ Arranging training for the team members to develop their skills to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
